The server log

When you open a page, the web server writes a line to its server log: your IP address, the time, the address you asked for, the result and size of the answer, the page you came from and the name your browser gives itself. We need this to keep the site running and to notice attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The lines are deleted after 14 days and are not combined with other data.

The site runs on a server in Germany.

Cookies, fonts, statistics

• The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• Fonts, images and styles come from this server. Your browser asks no other provider for them.
• There are no visitor statistics and no embedded content of other sites.

When you write to us

If you send us an email, we process your address and what you wrote in order to answer and to prepare an offer or a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the message when it is no longer needed for that and no law obliges us to keep it.

The application

This statement covers heinzel-pro.de. In the application at app.heinzel-pro.de we process data on behalf of our customers; the agreement with each customer governs that.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You may object to the processing and receive your data in a common format. A message to the address above is enough.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority, for instance the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.
